I was born and raised in the rolling hills of southern Indiana, USA. After college in MN, I entered full-time pastoral staff ministry in 1982 and since then I’ve earned two Master’s degrees and a Doctor of Ministry degree. My doctoral research project was conducted in the area of small groups and included reading 150+ books on small group Ministry. My last Lead/Sr. Pastor position was in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (2003-2012). I have served in churches as small as 3 as a IL church planter, everything between and as large as 6,000 as the Small Group Pastor in Naperville, Illinois.
